NHA Family Refer & Earn Referral Program  
Terms & Conditions  

• The Referral Program is open to currently enrolled NHA families ("Referring Families") who reside in Michigan, Ohio, New York, or North Carolina. 
• Participants must be 18 years of age or older to be eligible. 
• Referrals must be for new, incoming students who do not currently attend, have never previously attended, and have not been applied or accepted to any NHA school prior to their referral date. 
• To qualify for the $10 gift card, the referred family must submit a new student application on or after their referral date, and the application must be accepted into an open seat (i.e., without being put on a waitlist). 
• To qualify for the $100 gift card, the referred student must complete the full enrollment process and attend an NHA school during the 2025–2026 school year. 
• Rewards will be issued only upon confirmation of the referred student’s accepted application and active enrollment status. 
• All referral rewards are subject to availability and may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without prior notice. 
• Rewards are non-transferable, have no cash value, and may not be combined with other promotions or offers. 
• Referrals are limited to a maximum of five (5) students per family per calendar year with a $599 total maximum pay out per family per calendar year. 
• NHA employees and contractors are not eligible to participate in or receive rewards through this program. 
• NHA Schools reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this Referral Program, in whole or in part, at any time and for any reason, with or without prior notice. 
• All questions or disputes related to program eligibility, participation, or reward issuance will be resolved at the sole discretion of NHA Schools.
